Colonial Charm and Really good Service

room upgrade attentive staff discreet service complimentary bottle

The staff stood out, offering unparalleled service. Check-in included a complimentary room upgrade, a lovely surprise. An umbrella looked just as I needed it during a sudden downpour. The staff really paid attention. The breakfast team was also very attentive.

I noticed that some of the furniture was slightly worn. A few rattan chairs showed minor damage.

The room featured full-length glass windows that stretched from floor to ceiling, I could enjoy a wonderful view. A bubble bath was relaxing because of this feature. The shower had great water pressure and a consistent temperature.

The hotel is near Fort Canning Park, it allowed my family to easily enjoy the holiday lights. We had lunch at Le Jardin, a restaurant nearby the park. The hotel's location in a peaceful park setting is very quiet.

The gym provides several options for exercise, including three treadmills. There are also two stationary bikes. The hotel offers two pools, providing ample space for relaxation and swimming.

fantastic gym quiet location

The hotel's location near the MRT lines proved convenient. The gym is fantastic. It is probably the best hotel gym I used. I appreciated sitting out on the terrace for a drink. Breakfast there was nice.

The room did not include bathrobes.

dark mold dirty hallway

the location was convenient and near clarke quay. there were good transport options.

I found dark mold on the room ceiling, very off putting! the reception was just a small desk under the stairs. hallways and stairs looked dirty. It seemed like no one had vacuumed, though.
